I do not find the signage I want; Is it possible to customize my panel?
Yes, of course : please send us your text or visual (.jpg, .pdf, .eps, .ai) to info@signys.be and we will send you very quickly a layout of principle and a personalized estimate.
How can I send my orders?
For all standard products, you can place your orders via our website.

How to order via your webshop?
Select the product of your choice; Specify the quantity; Add other products and then click on « shopping cart » to get an overview of the total of your order with transport costs and any taxes. To finalize the purchase, follow the instructions in the « shop » section.
If this is your first purchase on our site, you will need to create a customer account. It will allow you to identify yourself and to place your next orders more easily. This account is also essential to collect your billing and delivery details.
Has my order been placed?
Your order once validated and paid, you will receive an email of the detailed confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this confirmation or have a question or modification to make, please contact us by email or phone.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary from 24 to 72 hours for products in stock, from the sending of the order confirmation. For products not in stock, a delay of 3 to 10 working days is necessary for the sending of the parcel. On request, an express delivery can be arranged.
In which country can I deliver my order?
We deliver mainly in Europe. Other destinations: please contact us.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?
To avoid delivery costs, you can pick up your order in our workshops at 12, rue Grand'Rue in Z.I. 4870 TROOZ. We will send you an email informing you that your delivery is ready and we will let you know when you can pick it up.
I did not get my package. What can I do?
For any problem related to a delivery, we advise you to contact our customer service.
What happens if I am not at my home when the deliverer passes the parcel?
The delivery man will deliver your package during the day during office hours to the address you mentioned at the time of your order. Your package will be handed to you for signature. In case of absence, the delivery man will leave a notice of passage in your mailbox and will reply to the delivery address usually within 24 hours.

You can place orders on our website safely. All your transactions on our site are guaranteed by the use of a secure payment module.
Can I get a payment extension?
Organizations or companies wishing to obtain a period of 30 days net from the date of the invoice may submit their request by e-mail, telephone or postal mail. After validation by our credit insurer, a confirmation of this payment period will be transmitted to the buyer and transcribed in its customer conditions for subsequent purchases. The first purchase will always be made in cash and online.
